Led by Kunya Nix, a seasoned consultant with nearly 20 years of experience across payroll, insurance, and HR, our team delivers the expertise growing businesses need without the expense of a full-time executive.
Kunya’s career began in the insurance industry, where she supported business owners with employee benefits and compliance. She later helped launch the employee benefits division of a Los Angeles payroll firm, deepening her expertise in bridging payroll, benefits, and compliance. This experience shaped the foundation of ONEsource HR by Nix: a trusted partner for growing companies navigating today’s demanding HR landscape.
